· Patients must use our telehealth services in a respectful and lawful manner. Aleafiate Clinics prohibits abusive language, including swearing, derogatory remarks, or any aggressive behaviour toward staff or healthcare providers.

· Abusive or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of services, as well as a recommendation to seek treatment elsewhere.

2. Compliance with Medical Advice

· Patients agree to adhere to prescribed treatment plans, follow dosing recommendations, and attend follow-up consultations as advised by their healthcare provider.

· Patients are responsible for understanding and complying with relevant legal restrictions, including those related to THC use and driving.

3. Consent for Electronic Communication

· By using Aleafiate’s services, patients consent to receive SMS reminders, email updates, and other communication related to appointments and treatment.

4. Prohibited Activities

· Patients must not provide false information, omit critical health details, or misrepresent their eligibility for medicinal cannabis treatment.

· Attempting to obtain duplicate prescriptions or medication from other healthcare practitioners while under Aleafiate’s care may result in termination of services.

5. Acceptance of Terms

· By proceeding with Aleafiate’s services, patients confirm they have read and agree to this Acceptable Use Policy, as well as all applicable Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policies.
